PB Addicts Winter Series Registration

Just a reminder that registration forms will be accepted starting Thursday, December 15th for our Winter Series of tournaments.

The first event will be Saturday, January 21st, 2006.

We will have 2 divisions, 5 man Rookie and 3 man Young Guns.

You qualify for rookie if your XPSL Status as of January 1st, 2006 is or would be Rookie. Rookie teams can have 1 first year novice. Meaning, if 2005 was the first year that you played Novice in the XPSL, you are a first year novice. If you qualified as Rookie and played as a Rookie in the XPSL in 2005, you are a first year novice.

Young Guns--If you were born on or AFTER January 1st, 1991, and have not played any National level events as anything other than a young gun, you qualify to play young guns. (If you have played PSP, NPPL or XPSL as anything but 3 man young guns, no matter when your birthday is, you DO NOT qualify to play young guns!)

The event will be field paint only, $59 per case.

The registration deadline for this tournament is January 16th. However, the divisions WILL be CAPPED, and I anticipate the slots filling up quickly, so the sooner the better to guarantee your team a spot.

We will be giving away prizes at each of the 4 events, but the grand prizes as well as the trophies will go to the Series winners.

Any questions? Call me! 801-886-8899 Or send me a PM.

Thanks!!!!

Lisa

PS If you don't qualify to play in the event, but want to be involved, I am always looking for volunteers to help with reffing, air, set up, clean up, etc. (and you know that anyone who helps gets my undying love and affection 😁, and, of course, lunch!! 😎 )

😎

Now that I have my NPPL cert for 2006 this looks like a good way to stay in the grove until the season starts.

Grand Prize Info

As we have stated, each division will be capped.

If we have enough teams register and play these 4 events, the grand prizes will be:

1st place Rookie--5 05 Proto Matrix Markers

1st place Young Guns--3 Smart Parts Ion Markers

In order to give away these grand prizes, we will need a minimum of 12 Rookie Teams at EACH event, and a minimum of 8 Young Guns teams at EACH event. (We have always had at least that many teams sign up for our events, so it shouldn't be a problem!)

Each event will have prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd, but they will not be on a grand scale, as our focus is on the Series winners.

Registration forms are available now.

Let me know if you have any questions!

Thanks,
Lisa
