I'm not sure if this is in the right place so tell me if it isn't and I'll move and delete. I'm looking for a local team to play with for local tourneys only. I have limited cash flow (in other words I'm poor). I can't do practices that often, but I can do some local tourneys possobly. If you need an extra player call me (Paul) at 801-472-7923 or pm me cause I'm on here a lot. I played for The Crew for the uxpl and we got 3rd out of 22 teams in the uxpl rookie division. I'm still a rookie in most tourneys, but in some I think I'm considered a nov not sure though. Depending on what is out there I may or may not play.

Hi Paul,
What is your budget going to be for paintball? How many tourneys do you want to do? What kind of tourneys are you interested in?
When the Velocity Advisory Board sat down a couple of months ago and discussed the various issues with paintball, the ideas we came up with were quite diverse.
Velocity Paintball will become a more tournament and scenario game oriented field instead of just open weekend play. By doing this, we believe that we can save the average paintballer some money, he'll have a great time, and he will play more and get some great prizes...if he wins!
During the next ten days, we will be releasing a very busy and comprehensive schedule for Velocity Paintball next year. You'll be able to pick your favorite tournament play, plan your money, and have a great time! We are also considering circuit play. The 3 man X-Ball tournament program will be great and within the financial reach of most people. Lots of great things coming...I'm sure that many others will be satisfied with what we are going to try and achieve and they will also be looking for team membership options, just like yourself.

no more than $50 for entry and another $65 for paint is usually my budget for tourneys. Hopefully the xball is fairly cheap it sounds pretty awesome. Oh yeah I talked to lisa and she said I would be considered a rookie in the addicts tourneys so you can still have a nov.

So, now how many tourneys do you plan on playing in for the year?The cost for the 5-man Addicts Winter Series is $100 per team, plus paint. That's $20 for your entry plus your paint @ $60. Your budget will allow for for 2 tournaments, and depending on how much paint you go through ?, right?. And yes, you would have enough to get you into the X-Ball tourneys, but based on the info you have given me, I don't know if your budget above is for the year or for a month or two???
