how do you switch out the victory board with the regular one on a halo B?

just take the shell off and the board slides right out and just plug the shi in and put it back together.

Yes just like he said You take off your shells, Unplug your Original Board, Plug in your Victory Board, and put your Shells back together. It's Very Simple and easy. And YES it is very worth your time, the victory boards are still one of the fastest boards out there!
