just a bunch of donated stuff. mostly from spec ops. like a ton of pods.

edit: just a fun tournament. Not too competitive but just fun, its always good just to play for fun instead of always worrying about winning (it may not seem like we worry about it lol). i do feel bad though for shooting a reff but it happens in tournaments.

nice guys and girl reffing. i never caught her name but she was way cool. and i had never met derek before but i did now and he is awesome. THANK YOU.

Fun

Rookie
1. Velocity b
2. Velocity A
3. Sunog
4. Team Occult

Begineer
1. Motion
2. Evicted
3. Tin Soldiers
4. Posiden

It was fun for us. The reason the tournament went so well is that the teams all had great attitudes and great players.
Not once did i see anyone cheat or try to bend the rules. It was played the way paintball is suppossed to be. Clean and straight up.
Prizes were from System x, Ricochet, Aci, National paintball supply and Spec ops.

We gave away
Assassin marker
Inferno marker
3 (2)piece barrels
3 (1)piece barrels
4 ricochet loaders
6 packs
100 pods
3 sets of gloves
300 dollars in entries

Not bad for a 50 dollar entry and bring your own paint event. Every dollar made went back into the prize package, and spec ops kicked in some extra prizes we were very thankful to get.

Thanks again for a great event. THere were a few things i would have liked to be different but we will try to make each event better than the last.
Nobody said anything about the Grass to me, however our intent was to mow the fields the night before and ourr rental mower fell thru. Ill keep that in mind for next time.

See ya soon
Derek

Design

The fields were designed along the length width and bunker placement of orignal nppl 5 man fields. I can see how they would seem large compared to indoor and 3 man.

Most teams commented to me how much they liked the change of atmosphere from airball only. We wish we could leave a permant airball field up but the remote location makes that all but impossible so we have to do with what we have in speedball fields.
