Hey dude.... we may all not have a pump, but i can guarantee that all of us has used one. wether its a traccer, very old rangers, or even pump cockers... we have used one. dont get me wrong, pumps are way fun to use, but seriously, if you play tournaments or play rec ball/practice on a regular basis, 70 bucks is tough to come by... anyways guns i have owned.

I dont want to start a flame war, and no i dont speak for everybody, but i do know many of these people on this thread, and i know for a fact that i have seen many of them use a pump at one time or another. you can voice your opinion all you want and i wont talk down your opinion, but did you ever think that some of us might want to go and buy a gun with whiz bang features? and there are people who want to buy pump guns, which is perfectly fine... but i have no use to purchase a pump, because i can borrow a pump from one of my friends. want to go on? take it to PMs. K thx bye.

here's the thing, if you feel that what I say dosn't apply to you, don't respond. no need to lose our civility. and for that matter, I was not saying don't buy high tech guns, I was simply stating that paintball is loosing it's roots, and more people should have pump guns so we don't forget where we came from as a sport.

I agree that all every paintballer should own a pump gun. I agree with that for 2 reasons. The first if you are a woodsballer then a pump is a really great gun for that type of play. It is small and compact and woodsball is all about one shot, one kill.

Now for tournament players. One of the best skills that you can have as a tournament player is snap shooting. Playing with a pump is all about snap shooting. You are not going to post on somebody if you are shooting a pump. I played with a pump for the first 3 years of my paintball life, and I can snap like crazy. The other thing you learn is to conserve a little bit of paint, because with a pump, well the "high end" pumps you only get like 10 rounds or something at a time. Shooting a pump is good for all types of players.

Qft, but i have seen people post with pumps.

And pinto.... i can go all night long, but not here, ill talk to you on PMs all night... i was just saying that, maybe we dont want to spend money on a pump, maybe we want to play with our high tech guns, or maybe we want to use a pump, but we can use one of our friend's pumps. Obviously you dont see that, so if you want to continue, have some civility and don't bore people with our bickering, PM me if you must continue.

pinto,just leave goldberg the hell alone i bet he can rock u any day so just leave him alone man. stop the flameing he already said he doesnt want to. and pumps are good guns but for tournement play u will rarely ever se somebody using a pump unless its a pump tournement.
